Lifted Lights LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
2. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise opting in to receive text messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lifted Lights LLC at the mobile number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use our services or make a purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and our promotional calendar. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of reasonable business hours (8 AM – 8 PM local time) unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in status will be stored securely and used only for the purposes described in these terms. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Content of Messages
Messages may include promotional offers, discounts, service updates, appointment reminders, industry news, and other marketing content related to our permanent LED lighting design and installation services.
10. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or errors in the content of SMS messages. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
